Ordering Online
Find the product you need by browsing through the department links displayed on the left of the screen or by selecting from the drop down menus. Click on the individual product links to see more details and to make a purchase.

The product page will appear with a full item description and photograph. Select the size, colour etc and quantity required by using the drop down menus. Click on ‘Add to basket’ to save the item. You can view the items you have selected within the shopping basket by clicking on the ‘view basket’ link, which will appear below the ‘Add to basket’ link once items have been selected.

View Basket
To view the shopping basket and see a running price total, click on the ‘view basket’ link. The products in the shopping basket can be deleted, changed and updated as often as required. To remove an item, simply check the 'Remove Box' next to the unwanted product and click on the ‘update button.

The Checkout
When you are satisfied with the basket contents, click on 'Continue Checkout' to confirm your order and arrange payment and delivery details.

Existing Customers
Existing customers enter their email address and password then follow the simple onscreen instructions to complete the order.

New Customers
Click on ‘Create a new account’ and enter your email address and a password. Personal details will then need to be completed in order to proceed with the order.

Personal Details
New customers need to provide their personal details to set-up an account and continue with their order. Enter or select the appropriate personal details and please note that some details must be provided to create an account and these are clearly indicated. Once the personal details are complete click on 'Continue Checkout' and the personal details will be displayed so they can be amended if necessary. To clear the order click 'Clear.' To place the order click 'Place Order.'

Making Payments
Customers can make their payment using the secure online payment facility by following the simple onscreen instructions. Alternatively payment can be made via fax, phone or post using the ‘Phone/Fax Order Form’ that can be printed out and the final payment details are completed by hand and the order completed using one of the following options:

• Fax the form with card details and signature
  
• Post the form with credit card details completed and signed
  
• Send a cheque or postal order made payable to Top Gear with the signed order form

Existing Customers
To access your personal accounts click on ‘my account’ that is displayed near the top right of the screen. You will be asked to enter the email address and password you used when you opened the account. If you forget your passwords, contact Top Gear using the email or phone number given on the ‘contact us’ page. When the email address and password are entered correctly, 'Maintain your account' pages will open so you can check on an order, change personal information or look at the details of previous orders.

View Orders
Click the words ‘View Orders' from the 'Maintain your account' page. This page displays all of the orders made through the Internet catalogue. If you have made a lot orders you may need to use the scroll be to see the complete list of your orders.

Alter Personal Details
Click on the words 'Alter Personal Details' from the 'Maintain Your Account' page. Check the account details are up-to-date, and if any changes need to be made, remember to click ‘submit’ to save the information.
